ZUMBA® FITNESS
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
BOOTYBARRE®
A unique fun, high energy class that fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Yoga, and Athletic Intervals. You will streamline, firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk. Creating balance, body awareness, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
The result is a body that looks and moves 10 years younger!
POP PILATES®
POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn’t your average workout. It's a dance on the mat.

About Sally
Sally Salama is a seasoned fitness professional with over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry. Kicking off her fitness career back in 2008 through her very own fitness facility dedicated for women, fell in love with Pilates and Zumba where she pursued teaching which ended up being a life changing experience.
Now she is licensed and certified in multiple formats and creating a positive impact on hundreds of women through her classes everyday.
Sally is a former professional gymnast who grew into a fitness enthusiast and advocate. Licensed to teach Zumba®, STRONG by Zumba®, bootybarre® and most recently Pop Pilates®. A striving Entrepreneur who believes in people and their willpower.

Schedule & Booking
On-ground sessions will be back starting March 2nd, 2021. Pre-booking is a must due to limited number of attendance.
