1What should I bring to my first class?
All classes are taught barefoot. Put on socks if this is your preference. To maintain good hygiene, please bring your own mat. Make sure you have a small towel and water for hydration.
2What is the class schedule?
Classes are every Sunday and Wednesday - 8:30 PM. The schedule is interchangeable which means each week you get two programs.
3How do I book a group class?
Book directly on the Wellnessliving app or click on the book a class button on the top right of this page.
4Where are the classes located?
Classes are held at El Guezira Compound - inside the clubhouse.
5What are the packages for group classes?
There are 2 packages to choose from, 4 or 8 sessions depending on how many classes you would like to attend. If you want something more flexible, you can choose the drop-in boost option.
6How long are the packages valid for?
All packages are valid for one month only and cannot be extended.
7Can I attend a class without booking in advance?
Pre-booking is a must! To ensure there is a spot for you, please book on the same day you want to attend. Each class has a specific number of allowed attendance due to the studio capacity and required tools.
8When does the booking open?
Booking is open for a class the day before and on the same of day of the scheduled session. For example, if the class is on Sunday, you can book on Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon. The earlier the better.
