WHAT IS THE CLASS DURATION?
Classes run between 45-55 minutes. Check the schedule for exact days. The same applies to personal coaching sessions so you can pick what suits you best.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND A CLASS?
YES! You need to book in advance due to the limited number of spots available so the experience is comfortable for everyone.
WHAT IF I BOOK A SPOT BUT CANNOT ATTEND?
YES! You need to book in advance due to the limited number of spots available so the experience is comfortable for everyone.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN CLASS?
Wear comfortable activewear such as leggings, tank tops, or a t-shirt. Sports bras with good support are highly recommended and appropriate shoes for Zumba® and STRONG Nation. bootybarre® and Pop Pilates classes do not require shoes, ballet or pilates socks are recommended.
I HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING OUT IN A WHILE, IS THERE A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?
While there is no class specifically geared towards beginners, you will be offered modifications to suit your fitness level in any class. You can also opt-in for personal coaching and have a program specially designed for you.
I AM PREGNANT, CAN I JOIN CLASSES?
Check the Mama Moves program if you want something that is designed for pregnancy and postpartum. If you wish to join group classes, please consult with your doctor and acquire his/her medical clearance to join a specific class. You can get the description of each class on the homepage.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Due to the fact that packages are valid for one month only, there will be no refunds.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can transfer your membership one time ONLY in cases of emergency or inability to attend classes, however no refunds will be issued at any point.
PERSONAL COACHING: WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR A SESSION?
Time slots designated for personal coaching cannot be extended. If you are late, you will train for the remainder of the time set for your session only
PERSONAL COACHING: DO I HAVE TO FINISH MY SESSIONS WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME?
Yes, sessions expire after 4 weeks unless a different time limit has been arranged and agreed upon from the start.
PERSONAL COACHING: WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancelations with a 24 hour notice will be considered an early cancel without any penalty. Any short notice cancelation will be automatically deducted from the active package unless in extreme cases of emergency.
