1WHAT IS THE CLASS DURATION?
Soar sessions are 60 and 90 minutes. Check the schedule for exact days.
2WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN CLASS?
Wear comfortable activewear such as leggings, tank tops, or a t-shirt. Sports bras with good support are highly recommended and appropriate shoes for Zumba® and STRONG Nation. bootybarre® classes do not require shoes, ballet or pilates socks are recommended.
3I AM PREGNANT, CAN I JOIN CLASSES?
Please consult with your doctor and acquire his/her medical clearance to join a specific class. You can get the description of each class on the homepage.
4I HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING OUT IN A WHILE, IS THERE A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?
Even though there is no class specifically geared towards beginners, you will be offered modifications to suit your fitness level in any class. The recommendation is that you start with Zumba®, bootybarre®, or Pop Pilates depending on your personal preference.
5WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
You can cancel your membership anytime within the first month and get a refund minus one month. After the first month there will be no refunds.
6CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can transfer your membership one time ONLY in cases of emergency or inability to attend classes, however no refunds will be issued at any point.
