You keep saying I will start tomorrow or next week or even next month. Sound familiar?
Your fitness journey much like life will be filled with ups and downs. At times it will feel like an absolute high and other times you will feel like you are pushing through hurdles and that’s perfectly fine. You might be struggling with becoming physically active after staying home for so long or you feel like you don’t have the energy to workout. Trust me, I get it! It’s all part of the journey, but I’m telling you all it takes is ONE step at a time.
You don’t have to workout everyday or 3 days a week, dig for the motivation to move just once a week. Once is easy, small, and attainable for the busiest of schedules. Once will make a difference and help you feel better and stronger. Once is better than none.
You have got to start somewhere. We tend to set big and sometimes unrealistic goals that are not necessarily hard to achieve, but they might not be right for our state of mind at the moment. Start small and grow from there.
